Workouts
- Start a workout and mark sets as completed as you go, with a rest timer, progress bar, and pause/resume
- Track volume per exercise and compare it to your last session (more, less, or the same), including a progress chart across previous sessions
- Create workouts for weight, bodyweight, and cardio exercises. Add notes to exercises, reorder them, and export to Excel or Google Sheets
- Choose from 280 suggested workouts as a starting point
- Use AI to modify an existing workout or describe a new one to import
- Skip incomplete sets; only completed sets count toward the workout summary

- 200 popular foods available by default, with serving size notes and support for per 100g, per 100ml, or per serving
- Quick-log your most frequently used foods; see if the amount is the same, more, or less than last time
- Preview how a food will affect your daily targets before saving
- Add custom foods visible only to you. Save them for later, log them today, or both at once
- Edit macros for any default food. Your changes are remembered for next time
